Sewage Backup at Abandoned Commercial Building

A local utility company caused a sewage backup at a multistory commercial building in Downtown Jacksonville. The old 1930's building had been abandoned for sometime, with rainwater already collecting in the lower basement level. All 15,000 sqft of the lower 2 basement levels was affected by the sewage flooding event.
