Water Damage at Local Charter School

Water damage at a local Charter School affected drywall, flooring, framing, and multiple classrooms. A rising creek nearby combined with collected rain water on the roof caused excess water to enter the building. Water was trapped between the flooring and the subfloor, and had travelled into several classrooms and resource closets.
